Fixed price for scoped work, retainer for ongoing partnerships. We do not bill by the hour. The price is based on the scope of what we are building, quoted up front, and fixed on contract. No surprise invoices.

Good. Discovery is part of every engagement. We figure out what should be built before we build it. If the spec changes mid-flight, we re-quote rather than silently scope-creep.

You get weekly demos and weekly invoices. If the work is not delivering, you can stop the engagement at the next milestone. No long lock-in, no exit fees.

You do. Full IP transfer on day one. We do not hold your code hostage to ongoing fees, and we do not reuse client code for other clients.

We are based in Germany and work with clients around the world. We are async-first: live calls are scheduled when needed, everything else is over email and a shared workspace so we are not blocking each other.
